Wed May 28 2003 (Johannesburg)
Up early again to drop Leila off at school. Up to Rob's work then I took his car to Kenyan High Commission to collect visa. Security lady now knows me and asking where I'm from and where I'm going. Safe not yet open so have to wait a short time for passport. Put a bit of fuel in and head back to Rob's work. Over to News Cafe again via petrol station to get some cash (also got a cornish pastie and the Star). Read Star outside cafe wearing fleece. Interesting article about lady who runs cheetah research centre. Rob joined me for lunch, I stayed until fairly late, managed to get a bit of sunburn on face even though I have back to sun. Back to Rob's office and then back to house, I suggested taking everyone out for a meal. Collected girls after they got ready, then met Jenny at Fishmonger's restaurant. I had strange vertically hanging steak kebab, and we shared a few bottles of Fat Bastard wine (v nice).
